Community Outdoor
Wellbeing
Adventure Code CIC is a Community Interest Company delivering guided outdoor activity, breathwork, and nature-based wellbeing programmes across Merseyside. We tackle loneliness, low confidence, and poor mental health among adults and young people facing the greatest barriers to support, delivered free and subsidised.
Get In TouchClosing The Wellbeing Gap Across Merseyside
We exist to make the outdoors, and its evidenced wellbeing benefits, accessible to everyone in our community, regardless of background, ability, or circumstance. Loneliness, poor mental health, and physical inactivity remain at crisis levels across Merseyside, and access to green space and wellbeing support is deeply unequal.
For many residents, cost, confidence, and a lack of community are the primary obstacles to participation. Adventure Code CIC removes cost as a barrier and provides a low-pressure route into outdoor activity, one that builds sustained engagement, confidence, and social connection over time.
The Scale Of The Challenge In Our Communities
